SSC GD Constable Result 2026: Overview
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has declared the result of the Computer Based Examination (CBE) for Constable (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) and SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2026. The result notice (No. HQ-C-3/2/2026-C-3) is dated 12 October 2026. Candidates have been provisionally shortlisted for the next stage, the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) / Physical Standard Test (PST).
The CBE was held from 27 April 2026 to 30 May 2026, and 21,56,776 candidates appeared. As per the category-wise tables in the notice, 15,782 female candidates, 1,81,251 male candidates (Forces other than SSF) and 375 male candidates (SSF) have been shortlisted, which adds up to 1,97,408 candidates in total.

Minimum Qualifying Marks
To be considered for PET/PST, candidates had to score at least these marks (without NCC bonus):
- UR: 30%
- OBC / EWS: 25%
- All other categories (SC, ST, ESM): 20%
NCC certificate holders got provisional bonus marks: NCC 'C' – 8 marks, NCC 'B' – 4.8 marks, NCC 'A' – 3.2 marks. Ex-servicemen were not given NCC bonus marks. Scores were normalised as per SSC's notice dated 2 June 2025.
